As Tour Operator based in Puglia, we let you explore the long heel of Italy’s boot to discover sights, tastes, and amazing seascapes and landscapes you’ll find nowhere else!
It’s a town famous for the majestic cathedral and the delicious pasticciotto.
The incredible 14th-century church’s interior is a kaleidoscope of frescoes and is absolutely beautiful, with a pure-white altarpiece set against the frenzy of frescoes.
For pasticciotto tasting we’ll go to a traditional Pasticceria (pastry shop) where Pasticciotto was invented! The pasticciotto is a small round-shaped pastry, filled with lemon-flavored custard. Pasticciotto is common throughout southern Puglia, but was born in Galatina in 1875.
Here, you will learn its history and taste this golden pastry so delicious that it is still going strong 300 years later!
